This Request for Information for this Sources Sought Notice SPE60526RFI1012 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). The purpose of this request for information is to identify vendors capable of supplying ground fuel requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This request covers the ground fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in the country of Peru and have an immediate need. The products to be procured are:

Gasoline, Automotive (MUM)

NSN: 9130-01-272-0983 (MUP)

NSN: 9130-00-148-7104 Diesel Fuel #2 (DF2)

NSN: 9140-00-286-5294 If your company is interested in and capable of supplying the above listed fuel products, please respond to this Request for Information as soon as possible.

In responding to this request please provide the following information: a)Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number.) b)Background information of the firm and Contractor regarding technical ability, financial capacityand ability to perform. c)Provide company capability statement describing your company’s ability to supply and deliverfuel in Peru.

Provide the following information with your capability statement: 1.Identify the specific types of fuel available for delivery and all possible methods of delivery(Example: Automotive – Tank Truck/Tank Wagon, Drums, ISO, Barge, Bags, Planes, Railcar) inPeru. For purpose of compiling responses to this Source Sought Notice, the deadline for responses is 7 May 2026, 3:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
