Effective 9/10/24, this solicitation is hereby amended to include the following:

1. DLA Energy hereby issues Amendment SPE60424R0402_0002. Please see Amendment 0002 by selecting attachment, “Amd 0002_SF30,” and the corresponding updated attachments entitled, “Att I_Area of Supply Interest and Tech ComplianceV3” and “Att IV_ Schedule Pages UpdatedV2” for details.

2. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

2. This solicitation submission deadline is hereby extended to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday August 21, 2024. Bidders are required to submit a signed copy of this Amendment 0001 with their offeror submission package by this deadline.

3. The solicitation is hereby updated to include an additional attachment entitled, "Questions in response to Solicitation_0402." 4. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

As of 7/26/2024, the US Northeast Region Natural Gas SPE604-24-R-0402 solicitation is hereby updated to include an additional attachment entitled, "Att V Reps and Certs." This attachment contains the Representations and Certifications that accompany the RFP. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-24-R-0402 and will accept offers for Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the US Northeast Region (including Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia) covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 43,767,190 Dekatherms (Dths).
