This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a 3 one-year base periods for NSN 1670-00-369-5444, EAD quantity is 2000 each for the 3 one-year base periods for a Harness, Personnel, Parachute. This is a Critical Application Item. This is a NAVY CSI item. This is a Life Support Item. Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing are required. Export Control Certification is also required.

Subcontracting Plan is not required. This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
