This is an unrestricted, other than full and open procurement. Potential sources: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., CAGE 78286; Safran Electronics & Defense Avionics, CAGE 96182. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the 5-year base period will be 32 each.
