The item description contains source ROSEMOUNT SPECIALTY PRODUCTS LLC, CAGE 13624, P/N 211-60-480-31. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 134 days after receipt of order.

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 454 each for the base period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
