This is a 1/P item with part number BACB30ST12-39 and approved sources: SPS Technologies, LLC, CAGE 56878, The Boeing Company, CAGE 81205 and Avibank MFG, Inc., CAGE 84256. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 1133/each per base year and each option year. Surge requirement may or may not apply. This is an ARMY Critical Safety Item. Contractor First Article Testing requirement applies.

Higher Level Quality requirement applies. Required delivery is 680 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
