This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract covering NSN 5310-01-627-3590, Nut, Self-Locking Barrel in accordance with the following sources of supply: FASTENER TECHNOLOGY CORP, CAGE 58794, P/N FT5366A9 BRISTOL INDUSTRIES LLC, CAGE 27238, P/N HS5813A9 SPS TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, CAGE 56878, P/N HS5813A9 SPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 97393, P/N HS5813A9 THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE 8V613, P/N HS5813A9 SPACE-LOK, INC., CAGE 16258, P/N SLN126A9 The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5.

The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods for an estimated annual quantity of 1863 each. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
