THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION. ONLY VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED proposing the approved sources of supply under PR number 100 0156671 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with 1 3-year options for L3 TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (0B107) P/N BNG-573.

NSN: 6150-01-613-2882; CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER; Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) NAICS 335311 Required delivery is 180 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 705 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 3-year base with no option, for a total of three years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 11March 2024. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian.
