This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Nut, Self-Locking, Extended Washer, Hexagon, utilized on a Z9N(WSDC)/Aircraft, FA-18,A-D,E/F,G (Growler). The NSN and quantity are as follows:

NSN: 5310-008071474 with a quantity of 14,210 HD. The total delivery schedule is 208 days ARO, FOB: Destination.

And Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This item is designated as a NAVY Designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 18, 2024, in accordance with 19.502.2-HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a small business manufacturer’s product will be considered.

The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the PID, IAW 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications (AUG 2000). IAW Basic Non Govt STD NASM21042 Revision NR 3 DTD 05/29/2020 Part Piece Number: P/N MS21042L3 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
