NSN 6150-01-192-0735, SPE4A624R0162 is for a long-term contracting consisting of a one (2 year) base period and one (3 year) option period. In accordance with Unison Industries LLC (CAGE 59501) and Page Chester (CAGE 81482) P/N 600285. This acquisition is unrestricted. FOB is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Production Delivery is 180 days ARO.

Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity for the 2-year base period and a 3 year option period: 18 ea GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR THE BASE PERIOD ONLY: 9 ea This solicitation includes NOTE L09, Reverse Auction.
