This solicitation will be for a quantity of 40 each and will be solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. There is one approved source of supply: EVOQUA WATER TECHNOLOGIES LLC, CAGE 6RDX4, PN W3T10627. The required delivery is 200 days ARO.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 1st, 2023. The solicitation, SPE4A6-24-R-0022 will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
