OEM: HAMILTON SUNDSTRAND CORPORATION 73030 P/N 11216-1 The solicitation issue will be on or about 07/31/2025. The closing date will be on or about 08/31/2025. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB at Destination. Higher level quality system is not required. Delivery is 287 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the designated location. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.

DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).

If an offer is submitted for this solicitation and is over $750,000 a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Price Data and a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov.

Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation to be considered for an award. If time does not permit the evaluation of the SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
