Poromeric Material - Domestic Source

Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. This is a sources-sought announcement for a domestic manufacturer of Black Poromeric Material. All interested parties must be able to produce this material in full compliance with the Berry Amendment, with all manufacturing processes occurring within the United States. The anticipated yearly volume is estimated to be material for 193,428 pairs of shoes.

Parties with the capability and interest to meet these requirements should express their interest by reaching out to the POC specified in the "Contact Information" section. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only, and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.

If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it/they would be synopsized on the Contract Opportunities website (SAM.gov) and it would be the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the Contract Opportunities website for any such notices.
