Sodium Tungstate Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

This is a sole source acquisition for the establishment of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quanty (IDIQ) for orders of Sodium Tungstate over a five year ordering period. A J&A is attached explaining and justifying the sole source nature of the requirement. Please review the attached documents in preperation of your proposal. All vendor questions about the RFP shall be submitted via e- mail to Adam Steele at Adam.Steele@dla.mil, and Mitchell Hatfield at Mitchell.Hatfield@dla.mil.

All questions shall be received by 03 MAR 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, after which the period for responding to questions shall have closed. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. (EST) time on 11 MAR 2026. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Adam Steele at Adam.Steele@dla.mil, and Mitchell Hatfield at Mitchell.Hatfield@dla.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
