DLA Strategic Materials representatives may or may not choose to meet with potential offerors. Such discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capability to meet the requirements, especially any development and certification risks.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Directorate is seeking information for the potential acquisition of 1.5 million yards [S(1] of silica fabric for addition into the National Defense Stockpile. Please submit attached survey to Alicia Barrowman @ alicia.barrowman@dla.mil and Felicia London @ felicia.london@dla.mil with “RFI – Silica” in the subject line. Responses must be received by 10APR26 before 5pm EST.
