Up to 60 month lease of 33 MFDs in Australia

This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.

DLA Information Operations (EMS) Division seeks to enter into a contract for up to 60-month lease of 33 (thirty-three) Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) including installation and removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security for various locations in Australia. Please refer to Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement.

Proposed Contract Line Items* (CLINs): CLIN 0001 – Volume Band 1 (1SC) – Quantity: 1 CLIN 0002 – Volume Band 2 (2NC) – Quantity: 31 CLIN 0003 – Volume Band 3 (3NC) – Quantity: 1 The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
