RFI for 64 inch Wide-Format Production Devices

REQUEST FOR INTEREST SP7000-25-RFI-1017 64-INCH WIDE-FORMAT PRODUCTION DEVICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACTS (IDIQs) This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks multiple award fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for up to 60-months for the purchase and subsequent warranties for 64” Wide-Format black and white (B&W) and Color Engineering Technical Drawing Equipment with add-on options (accessories) for the devices.

The IDIQ contracts will be available for use by only DLA Document Services in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. The expected output of the devices will include, but is not limited to banners, pictures, posters, engineering drawings for topographic, hydrographic, aeronautic, as well as multiple other land navigation and aerospace maps. The requirement includes:

Delivery and installation of the equipment. Maintenance and repair of the equipment. Network functionality of the equipment. Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipment throughout the duration of connectivity to the network. Training on use and daily upkeep/operations of the equipment, Documentation on material and supplies, and hardcopy/digital User Manuals will be provided.

The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
