Hydraulic Paper Cutter Purchase and Maintenance

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following equipment and associated services: One (1) 37” Hydraulic Programmable Paper Cutter w/ Air Table, and Touch Screen. This purchase includes delivery and installation of the equipment, warranties and repair of the equipment, and training on using/daily operations of the equipment, to include hardcopy User Manuals.

The purchase will be for an up to 60-month contract with one-year base and four (4) option periods for maintenance, or a warranty plan. Device will be located at Tinker AFB, OK. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. SP7000-25-Q-1051-0001: Update the solicitation response date.

SP7000-25-Q-1051-0002: Update the solicitation response date, Contracting Officer point-of-contact and submission of quotes (see attached SP7000-25-Q-1051-0002). SP7000-25-Q-1051 -0003: Update the solicitation response date (see attached SP7000-25-Q-1051-0003). SP7000-25-Q-1051- 0004; Update the Specifications for the requirement (See Attachment 3 - Specifications (Updated 31 OCT 2025)) and update the solicitation response date.
