Purchase a Direct to Substrate Printer with Maintenance or Warranty for 60 months

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following equipment and associated services: The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a Direct to Substrate, continuous feed, color label printer with complete ink set. The equipment will be used to print labels that are printed on Avery 2900 face film with a total thickness of 4.1 mm (3.1 mm face film plus 1 mm adhesive) which are then applied to various printed products.

The requested equipment and supplies represent the minimum requirements of the government. Maintenance or Warranties will be required for up to 60 months. Amendment 0002 extends the due date to 18 February 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Amendment 0003 removes the small business set aside and makes it full and open competition. Also, it extends the due date to 11 March 2025 at 10:00 am eastern daylight savings time.

Amendment 0004 extends due date for offers to 04 April 2025.

Amendment 00005 removes the following FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-25, and FAR 52.222-26 per Executive Order 14173.

Amendment 0003 extends the due date for offers to 25 April 2025 at 10:00 AM EST, extends the date to register in PROCUREX to 16 April 2025, and add the option to submit quotes and all required documentation to david.1.purvis@dla.mil. All amendments must be signed and submitted with your quote.
