Up to 14 Month month lease of 33 multi-functional devices

This requirement is a sole source order for lease and services of 33 NMCI devices without using competitive procedures. This is a 6-month lease extension with 8 1-month options. Devices were previously procured on SP700019F0074 which expires on March 31, 2024. The sole source order will continue support on these devices pending NMCI certification through PRTNR. This sole source is being requested in order to maintain copier support, to include full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, to avoid a gap in service.
