The software upgrade is to give the Defense Logistics Agency Test Center Division, Mechanical Lab, VTM, the ability to expand overall testing capability of inspecting tube parts, in both accuracy and efficiency. Installation of the software will be at the DLA Product Test Center Division located at the address provided in Section B of the RFQ.
