The following descriptions are the statements of work/technical specification that are included in the solicitation (SP470624Q0014) attached to this posting. Technical Specifications Programmable Washers DLA Product Test Center (TA Lab)
Objective: To obtain 2 each Programmable Washers which will expand DLA Product Test Center’s overall testing capabilities. The Programmable Washer must have the capability to store program cycles and meet all requirements for testing in accordance with LP-1 Standardization of Home Laundry Test Conditions (previously AATCC Monograph 6). The DLA Product Test Center (TA Lab) has listed the requirements for the procurement of two Programmable Washers. The following specifications are a list of minimum functions, features and options that are required. Minimum requirements:

DLA Product Test Center 700 Robbins St., Bldg 5-D Mark for: DLA Product Test Center, Bldg 5-D, PTC Lab Attn: Edward Francoeur (Edward.Francoeur@dla.mil 215-737-3244) Philadelphia, PA 19111-5008 Period of performance: 120 days from date of award to include delivery. Invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), See DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions for detailed instructions on how to submit invoices.
DoDAAC: SL0701 (TA Lab) Technical Specifications Monograph Dryers DLA Product Test Center (TA Lab)
Objective: To obtain 2 each AATCC Monograph Dryers which will expand DLA Product Test Center’s overall testing capabilities. The Monograph Dryer meet all requirements for testing in accordance with LP-1 Standardization of Home Laundry Test Conditions (previously AATCC Monograph 6); more specifically AATCC TM 135. Dryer must include calibration with purchase. The DLA Product Test Center (TA Lab) has listed the requirements for the procurement of a set of two Monograph Dryers. The following specifications are a list of minimum functions, features and options that are required. Minimum requirements:
