DLA Court Reporting Service

This amendment (003) is being issued to extend the solicitation date from May 30, 2025 to June 08, 2025 at 11:59 PM. This Amendment is to provide an revised bid sheet to be more in line with requirement owner's needs. Amendment 002 is being issued to extend the solicitation date from May 16th, 2025 at 11:59PM, out to May 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. This Amendment is to provide all Questions and Answers received during the questions period for public viewing, along with an updated Bid Sheet and Updated PWS. Please review all attachments before submitting a quote for review.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Office of Counsel has the responsibility to provide court reporter services for Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) hearings, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) hearings, arbitrations and depositions in support of our clients. The services of a court reporter capture and preserve a verbatim record of legal proceedings, ensuring the record is both accurate and court-admissible. The court reporter is an impartial third-party officiant who facilitates these proceedings.

The scope of the contract is to obtain court reporting services for MSPB hearings, EEOC hearings, arbitrations and depositions in support of our clients for DLA Office of Counsel - Land and Maritime. All Questions shall be received by April 22nd, 2025 at 11:59pm. Al Quotes are required to be received by May 6th, 2025 at 11:59pm.
