The scope of this contract is to obtain real-time court reporting services, for the DLA Office of General Counsel across three Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs): Land and Maritime, Aviation, and Distribution. The services of a court reporter capture and preserve a verbatim record of legal proceedings, ensuring the record is both accurate and court admissible. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
