DLA ENTERPRISE FIRE PROTECTION CONTROL SYSTEMS (FPCS)

Amendment 0005 SP4702-24-R-0005 amendment 0005 is issued to accomplish the following:

The purpose of amendment 0005 is to answer the following question: Q. Does the government intend to issue a revised RFP? A. No the Government does not intend to issue a revised RFP. All corrections were issued in Amendment 0004 to the solicitation. No other changes or updates are made thought this amendment.

Amendment 0004 SP4702-24-R-0005 amendment 004 is issued to accomplish the following:

1. Extend the solicitation closing date and time from 24 JAN 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to 11 FEB 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

2. Incorporate attachments to the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. Provide answers to questions submitted on 18 DEC 2024.

4. Re open the period vendors are able to ask questions due to the new attachments.rom 21 JAN 2025 to 28 JAN 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

5. Publish the Site Visit Roster.

6. Update Attachment 3 - FPCS Eval Factor 3 Sample TO PWS.

7. Update Attachment 2 - FPCS Pricing Sheet. See amendment for more informaiton. No other changes or updates are made thought this amendment.

Amendment 0003 SP4702-24-R-0005 amendment 0003 is issued to accomplish the following:

1. The purpose of amendment 0003 is to incorporate the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) as an attachment 8 - QASP. No other changes or updates are made through this amendment.

Amendment 0001 SP4702-24-R-0005 amendment 0001 is issued to accomplish the following:

1. Change the site requirement submission date of the pre-enrollment in DIBIDS from December 11, 2024 to December 10, 2024. “Personnel will report to DLA Distribution Center Susquehanna, 2001 Mission Drive, New Cumberland, PA 17070 on December 12,2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Any contractor who plans to attend MUST notify the Contracting Specialist, Dylan Stone via email at dylan.stone@dla.mil and Lori Berard at lori.berard NO LATER THAN (NLT) December 10, 2024. A pre-enrollment in the DBIDS system is required.

This acquisiiton is set aside for 100% small business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 with a size standard of $25.0 M. A single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to be awarded for this acquisition. Resulting task orders will be firm-fixed price awards.

The DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) anticipate a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be established in accordance with FAR 16.504 for the Fire Protection Control Systems (FPCS) for DLA Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA and four (4) DLA host sites (Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), Richmond, VA; Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, (DDCS) New Cumberland, PA; Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Columbus, OH; Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC), Tracy, CA) and may include other tenant locations within the Continental United States. Refer to attached solicitation for details of the requirement.
