TeamMate AM Software Renewal

DLA has a requirement to renew 50 full-use licenses of TeamMate AM Suite software. The maintenance will provide technical support and software upgrades.

Period of Performance (POP) will be October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2028. Base year with (2) option years. *This requirement will be awarded Subject to Availability of Funding* TeamMate AM is the official and approved electronic Audit Management System for maximum extent to provide standardized documentation of the audit process and to take advantage of the efficiencies available from utilizing uniform formats and techniques.

TeamMate enables users to create, review, and approve audit documentation, electronic reference audit documentation, cross-reference repots, and import scanned hard-copy documents directly into audit files. TeamMate facilitates and expedites the project management and review process for accuracy and consistency of documented audit work papers.
