6-Month Lease of 30 Dual Axel Enclosed Trailers for DLA Distribution Hill, UT.

Defense Distribution Depot Hill Air Force Base (AFB) UT requires a Contractor to provide lease service for THIRTY (30) 53’ dual axel enclosed trailers. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and material to deliver and place into operation thirty (30) each 53’ dual axel enclosed trailers (Dry Van) no later than 1 July 2026. All transportation/shipping of the leased equipment to and from the site shall be provided by the contractor.

Contractor Tasks Task 1: The Contractor shall deliver thirty (30) 53’ dual axel enclosed trailers as specified above, to Defense Distribution Depot Hill AFB, Utah, no later than 1 July 2026. Trailers will be leased for a 6-month period from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The Contractor shall provide full-service maintenance records for all leased equipment.

Task 2: The contractor shall pick up all equipment from the site within 30 days of the completion of the contract on 31 December 2026, OR within 30 days of notification by the Contracting Officer that the Dry Vans are no longer needed. See attached Statement of Work for full requirement details.
