Operational Technology Sustainment Maintenance Services for Conveyor System

General scope of this requirement is to perform Operational Technology Sustainment Maintenance Services at DLA Distribution Hill, Utah, located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and your capability to provide an on-call contractor to maintain the Operational Technology Sustainment Maintenance system for conveyors.

The Contractor must be able to perform maintenance and sustainment requirements to include but not limited to Operational Technology Conveyor hardware and infrastructure. The Contractor shall use a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Thick Client laptop loaded with Rockwell software. The laptop is stood up using the standard DLA image. One license for Rockwell Studio 5000 exists for the GFE. The laptop will be required to receive routine patches and updates on the DLA network.

The laptop will serve as a code repository and backup hosting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) ladder logic. Contractor access to Rockwell Studio 5000 and PLC ladder logic will be required to have elevated/privileged access and shall obtain an IT-II clearance and meet DoDM 8140.03 IA Technical (IAT) II baseline and computing environment certifications.
