Warehouse and Distribution Support Services

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates awarding a modification to existing Distribution Support Services Contract SP3300-19-D-5001 on a sole source basis to Synergy Logistics Services, Inc. for DLA Distribution Guam, Marianas. This effort includes performing warehouse and distribution operations requirements using the DLA Distribution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/addendums, Process Manuals, and Distribution Standard System (DSS).

The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items and/or services not provided by the Government. The modification extends the ordering period six (6) months, from March 31, 2024 to September 30, 2024, pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Due to unanticipated acquisition process delays, it has become necessary to modify existing contract SP3300-19-D-5001 to allow for uninterrupted Distribution Support Services.

Pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only Synergy Logistics Services, Inc. is capable of providing the services at this time; award to any other source will result in unacceptable delays and cause a disruption to DLA Distribution Guam, Marianas’ activities. The modification to current contract SP3100-19-D-5001 will serve as a temporary solution to fulfill immediate mission requirements. The J&A for this extension of services will be posted as part of this notice once executed. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
