Intent to Sole Source Licensing Requirement

Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract of Gartner Supply Chain licensing for the use of unique supply chain-focused research, adaptable tools, experienced executive peer advisors and flexible access to supply chain research experts to meet these urgent needs and empower DLA Energy to advance mission-critical priorities and initiatives. The delivery period will be for twelve (12) months.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations ; however, any challenges to the sole source must be received in writing and sent to DLAEnergy.NGTeam@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include sufficient information to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists that would satisfy the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
