Request For Information - On-Site Army Resilient CFE

This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, in partnership with the Department of Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI), to determine the viability of implementing energy resilience solutions primarily through carbon pollution-free electricity (CFE) production facilities on Continental United States (CONUS) Army Installations.

The Government is interested in understanding the potential for technologies that provide on-site CFE and energy resilience capabilities that support the Army Climate Strategy Implementation Plan. The responses from this RFI will help the Government consider potential acquisition strategies to meet Army energy resilience goals for all installations. The Government anticipates that these strategies will vary by location and electricity markets.

Responses are due no later than 9 April 2024, 3:00pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to DLAEnergyResilience@dla.mil. If a respondent chooses to submit any business sensitive, proprietary, or otherwise confidential information, it must be marked as proprietary or restricted data in the response.
