This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for the purpose of determining market capabilities. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or an indication that the Government will contract any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice. This notice may or may not be issued under the System for Award Management (SAM).
The Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation under any part of the Federal Acquisition Regulation deemed to best meet the needs of the Government. Neither ONR nor any other part of the federal government will be responsible for any cost incurred by responders in furnishing this information.
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to negotiate with Unison Software, Inc. for the continuation of essential services to provide systems operations, subscription, and maintenance services for Unison Acquisition (PRISM). Please see the attached Sources Sought and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details.
Capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages in length (excluding a cover page) and must be submitted by email no later than 12:00 pm local time, Washington D.C. on 13 September 2014 (Friday)
