This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or if a 100% Set Aside for Small business concerns can fulfill the requirements.

The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or other Small Business). This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following requirement:

811210 NAICS Code Description: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance To provide service contract - GE AMX 240 Mobile X-Ray System & GE FlashPad HD Detector. SOW will be attached.

Equipment Name: GEHC AMX240 Digital Mobile System FLASHPAD HD 3543 (Similar NAICS code will be considered, please provide detail explanation for a different NAICS code). Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business Opportunities website Home | SAM.gov at a later date.

All interested parties shall respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement in order to be considered. Interested parties are required to be registered and certified in System for Award Management (SAM) through Home | SAM.gov. Provide your company name, address, point of contact, Unique Entity ID number, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS).

Provide your socioeconomic status: Is your business an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)? Is your firm a Veteran Owned small business? Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned? Is your firm a Woman-Owned business? Is your business a small business? A capability statement, and/or product brochure, or any performance information that demonstrates that the supplies, equipment, or service can be provided by your company. Complete the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) representation form.
