Sources Sought-Bulk Oxygen Tank System Replacement for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC)

The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) Indian Health Service (IHS) is issuing this Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research to determine if requirements can be met through either a 100% Set-Aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) or if a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.

Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified sources and their size classifications/socioeconomic status (ISBEE or other small businesses). This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.

ISBEE Representation Form Complete and submit the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) representation form.
