This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purpose only. This notice does not constitute a request for quotation and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The 731st Expeditionary Attack Squadron (EATKS) is conducting market research to determine potential sources having the resources and capabilities to provide Cellular Data and Telecommunications services. The services are detailed in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The primary place of performance is Romania, but also includes the entire EU & UK. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) assigned to this acquisition is 5171141 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of award. Contractors can obtain further information on the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://:sam.gov. All interested sources are highly encouraged to begin the SAM registration process immediately. Interested sources shall provide the following information:

1. An indication if your company is willing and able to provide the services requested.

2. A capability statement in providing the same or similar services requested in accordance with the included PWS.

3. CAGE Code and Unique Entity ID information, if available. 5. Point of contact with telephone and e-mail information.
