Crow Service Unit Laboratory Compliance Testing Services

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the College of American Pathologists, 325 Waukegan Rd, Northfield, Illinois. The company shall provide Laboratory Compliance Testing Services for Crow Service Unit Lab Departments at Crow, Lodge Grass and Pryor Clinics. For example: Laboratory Testing Supplies to ensure compliance for the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency; Lodge Grass; and Pryor, Montana.

This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 4 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement. The Duration of this award shall be One (1) Base Year with Four (4) Optional Years.
