High Pressure Syringe Pump

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. High Pressure Syringe Pump refill/outlet valves and controller. Technical evaluation criteria as follows:

1. Pump Specification: 1. 0.00001 to 25 mL/min flow rate 2. Pressure rating above 1000 bar 3. Total syringe volume above 50-100 mL 4. Pressure transducers 5. Ability to control up to 4 pumps for future expansion 6. Built-in Digital input/output for remote control 7. Backwards compatible with Teledyne Isco D-series pumps 8. Refill and outlet valves Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable method best Lead-Time.

All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016) will be made a part of the resulting order.
