THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis; Custom GenPouch pouches, multi-barrier, tape closure envelopes. This requirement will be sole sourced to Gentueri, Inc., 312 Locust Drive, Verona, Wisconsin, 53593. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS Code 334516 is 1,000 employees.

Gentueri, Inc. is a small business. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 10:00 AM, (EST), 2 April 2025. Emailed responses will only be considered. No phone calls.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses shall include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS), CAGE Code, SAM.gov UEI Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, and their Business Size. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
