FBI Los Angeles Intent of Sole Source to XR LLC

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, Los Angeles Field Office intends to sole source to XR LLC for the OP XR2 to allow special agent to relistic training. This requirement is for the Los Angeles Field Office Division and will be awarded to XR LLC. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Hong Nguyen by email.

The email address is HNGUYEN2@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Attached is the Sole Source Justification for only one responsible source that can meet the agencies minimum need under FAR Part 13.
