NOI Leadership Training for SWAT

This requirement is to provide a leadership skill development training course for the purpose of enhancing leadership skills for tactical section personnel. National Tactical Training Unit (NTTU) will host a three day professional development course in FY24, in which the vendor shall provide the required training. The courses shall focus on providing leaders with skills needed in instructional methods or effective one-on-one mentoring, when combined with their individual areas of expertise, will significantly increase their overall effectiveness in leadership positions. The course shall be lightly facilitated and include small groups discussions that encourage participant participation.
