PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source contract to Intellibridge LLC for a period of performance of one year pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide Top Secret cleared personnel with the specialized skills and experience necessary to provide comprehensive research support and management and program analyst support for various Divisions within the FBI.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email at mbrantley@fbi.gov and mmarkus@fbi.gov, no later than 4:00PM (central) 20 August 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
