NOI for Leadership Training for SWAT

This requirement is to provide a leadership skill development training course for the purpose of enhancing leadership skills for tactical team leaders. NTTU will host one Senior Team Leaders Conference and one Certification Course, in which the vendor shall provide the required training. The courses shall focus on creating a high performing culture; effective communication; and a leadership mental model that begins with leading oneself first. The course shall be lightly facilitated and include small groups discussions that encourage participant participation.
