The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source contract to Savannah Forensic Training under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The contractor shall provide specialized and custom forensic training. The contractor shall provide custom training for CART Basic Tools, Intermediate OS Artifacts, and Intermediate Web Artifacts. The contractor shall provide a minimum of nine (9) custom specialized training sessions for up to 25 students.

There may be a need for additional classes during the fiscal year, including an advanced training class online for previously certified examiners when forensic tools have additional feature upgrades.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email at rtshifflet@fbi.gov and aljohnson5@fbi.gov, no later than 12:00PM (central) 01 August 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
