Intent to Sole Source: ADEPT-15

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source contract to Aon Consulting, Inc. (“Aon”) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The contractor shall provide licenses for the ADEPT-15® test for a period of one base year and four one-year option periods.

Aon is the sole provider of the ADEPT-15® and license for legal use of this product can only be obtained through Aon and there are no authorized resellers.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email at mbrantley@fbi.gov and raphillips@fbi.gov, no later than 4:00PM (central) 25 July 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.

No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
