Administrative, Warehouse, Industrial, and Laydown Space Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, WASHINGTON Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEASYSCOM)

The Department of the Navy (DON), on behalf of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest, is issuing this Solicitation for Offers (SFO) to address the growing operational requirements associated with the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP) at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (hereby known as “PSNS”) in Bremerton, Washington.

As part of this critical initiative to modernize and expand the shipyard’s capabilities, the DON is seeking to lease temporary space to accommodate various operational functions during the infrastructure upgrades. The SFO follows a two-phase selection process, with Phase 1 designed to gather and evaluate information about available spaces that may meet the needs of the SIOP mission.

The intent of Phase 1 is to identify potential Offerors and available spaces, which will help refine the requirements for submission to Phase 2. Through this solicitation, the DON seeks to lease space in four (4) key categories: General Warehouse Space, Administrative Space, Industrial Space, and Laydown Space.

Offerors who can provide temporary leased space or propose Build-to-Suit solutions are encouraged to submit their available options, allowing the Government to maintain operations seamlessly during the duration of SIOP construction.
