Serv C24-046 NDI Laser Shearography TTE

The Air Force intends to solicit the following service: 76th CMXG request a service contract for acquisition for Repair of the NDI Laser Shearography. This requirement must have the following specifications:

Description of Services Scope: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Test, Tear down and Evaluate (TT&E) for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix B (Off-Base). 1.1.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this PWS.

1.2 Known Problems: The Shearography system could not calibrate, displayed an error message and the laser beam expander did not work.

1.3 Requested Services: The Contractor shall perfom Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E) on the 76 CMXG NDI Laser Shearography. For further information contact: Sondra Callaway Contracting Specialist sondra.callaway@us.af.mil
