Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source IDIQ Contract to Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory for SDA Space Systems Engineering Expertise

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to award a sole source, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU APL) for systems and mission engineering, research and development (R&D), and test and evaluation (T&E) capabilities in support of SDA and the implementation of SDA's Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA). The IDIQ ordering period will be 12 months with four, 12 month options.

The IDIQ will contain a not-to-exceed (NTE) ceiling amount of $75 million. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-3 Industrial Mobilization; Engineering, Developmental, or Research Capability; or Expert Services (10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3)).
