This is a notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This Special Notice from the Space Development Agency (SDA) Contracting Cell, 1670 Air Force Pentagon Washington, DC 20330 announces the intent to sole source a delivery order to Carahsoft Technology Corp. against the Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (DoD ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N66001-19-A-0120 for ServiceNow products.
