SDA PWSA Futures Program Ground Segment Integration

The Space Development Agency (SDA) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to establish a standalone Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) Futures Program Ground Segment to support Futures Programs demonstration programs. The SDA Futures Program Ground Segment is a hybrid architecture consisting of facilities and cloud enabled components.

It consists of the DOC facility, cloud infrastructure and services, cloud-enabled space vehicle vendor (SVV) Mission Operations Centers (MOCs) (nominally located at SVV factories, collocated with the DOC by exception), Ground Entry Points (GEPs), and the networks and services connecting these components of the Futures Program Ground Segment. When referring to the DOC, it includes the facility and cloud components.
