This courtesy Notice of Contract Action shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government and does not commit the Government to making any awards.

This is NOT a request for statements of capability, proposals, applications, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The draft RPP release is projected for 25 Aug 25 and the Government plans to provide one week for eligible companies to review and, optionally, provide comments and feedback. Eligible companies should submit the information requested below immediately in order to receive the draft RPP documentation upon release. The Government’s eligibility verification process will generally take 1-2 days. Following receipt of all required information, verification of an approved DD Form 2345, and access approval, the Government will provide further instructions directly with the draft RPP release, or when access approval is granted, whichever occurs later.
